Australian Bollards has recently installed concrete event bollards at Point Cook Pop Up Park, a turnkey solution for pop ups around Victoria.
The Pop Up Park which is a joint venture between Wyndham City Council and Stockland will host a range of events for all ages, such as yoga, live music and pop up cinemas.
The pop up will be in place from 25th February till 15th April 2018 at Murnong Street, making the temporary Event Bollards by Australian Bollards a perfect match. The leased bollards are deployable at a moment’s notice.
Consultation, site survey, installation, relevant maintenance and uninstallation are all included, making them the ultimate total leasing solution for public security.
Murnong Road will be closed off from traffic while the Pop Up Park is on, transforming it into an entirely pedestrian area. Our bollards making sure no vehicles can enter. The weight of each bollard alone is enough to stop a vehicle at speed, but they also include a propriety security insert to make them even more impact-resistant.
In the past few years, the world has unfortunately seen more incidents of vehicle-borne attacks, increasing the importance of road barriers as security measures.
Our leased bollards are versatile for that purpose due to the quick deployment and removal after the lease is over. We have a variety of designs to choose from, such as our economic and rustic concrete squares or granite spheres. It is also possible to add lights for better visibility.
The Point Cook Pop Up Park is intended for the community to relax and connect with one another. With our temporary event bollards, they can enjoy the festivities with peace of mind.
