Australian Bollards Partners With V/Line Project
by: NJM Group Marketing on
Australian Bollards is proud to have supplied several new Service Route Protection Posts which will be protecting the components of the new railway signalling systems in Wyndham Vale.
These “Protection Posts” have been set up between the tracks of the major V/Line Project in Wyndham Vale and will provide protection for the signalling system keeping it safe from reckless drivers and other vehicles. The signalling systems are designed to direct trains to their destination and make sure they steer clear of each other at all times.
Our “Service Route Protection Posts” can also be an indication for workers and other people that there is equipment stored within the posts and they can be used in any areas where heavy construction occurs, or where components, systems and wires need to be protected and stored.
Our AB-SRP200-GAL Service Route Protection Posts are sub-surface mounted protection bollards. The bottom part of the bollards is flattened in order to prevent post-rotation and keep the bollard stable within the poured concrete.
The bollards are manufactured in galvanised steel, which may be powder-coated in white for better visibility while the bollards are extremely sturdy and mounted with great satisfaction and care by Australian Bollards.
Another protective solution we provide is similar to the Service Route Protection Posts are our Cable Route Marker Posts.
Wyndham Vale is currently undergoing a major construction and infrastructure transformation as works have begun for a train storage facility for the V/Line project. With so much construction and development going on, Australian Bollards is proud to help workers and pedestrians by making equipment and the construction sites safer with our bollards. The development projects hope to provide a more sustainable, long-term future for the community.
Australian Handrails is also proud to be in partnership with the Level Crossing Removal Project, where we provided our services and products in major train stations such as Bentleigh, Springvale, Cardinia, Lynbrook, Nunawading and Laverton. All projects have been successful with installations of handrails, balustrades and perforated sheeting.
Australian Bollards aims to work in these projects in the future as Victoria goes through these developmental changes, and other such contractors such as Western Program Alliance and Metro Trains Melbourne by delivering our impeccable standards and services.
