Australian Bollards – Managing Your Health and Safety
by: NJM Group Marketing on
Recently the World Health Organisation has declared the coronavirus a deadly emergency worldwide and a threat that must be contained.
With global sporting competitions like the NBA, NHL, Grand Prix and the UEFA Champions League being suspended, postponed or cancelled, and matches in the EPL, Seria A and La Liga played behind closed doors, the threat of coronavirus has brought about social uncertainty to many parts of the world.
So far Australia has managed to avoid a public outbreak but the challenge is now keeping it that way.
With the National Rugby League returning last night and the Australian Football League set to return to our sports calendar next Thursday, the next six months will see hundreds of thousands of people spend their weekends attending games and cheer on their teams, and in doing so potentially creating an environment where the virus can spread.

To help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, NJM Group has devised a range of solutions that can detect and help contain a potential outbreak and provide public health and safety for everyone. Our range of Infrared Thermal Detector’s include the AB-H88, AB-2200 and the AB-2300, all of which can be used to measure a person’s body temperature and display thermal imaging by scanning the individual.
The AB-H88 is a handheld device that comes with a light-weight infrared camera (389 grams) that displays the maximum and minimum temperatures of the individual as well as its central temperature. The AB-H88 can also store thermal images on the device which can be easily accessed and read through a USB and uploaded to a computer.
Much like the AB-H88, the AB-2200 and AB-2300 also operate in a similar fashion. The AB-2200 is manufactured like a biometric security gate (commonly seen at airports) and scan people while they walk through its temperature and heat detecting sensors. On the other hand the AB-2300 is best utilised on a large scale as it can scan and detect large numbers of people in a short amount of time and from a safe distance.
With the use of these three health solutions, people will still be able to attend their favourite events without the fear or threat of the coronavirus, while helping society fight against this disease.
Our range of IR Thermal Detectors provide public security at a moment’s notice and can be utilised across several various locations including schools, hospitals, construction sites, airports, stadiums and transport stations.
The team at NJM Group will provide you with the peace of mind and help keep your team and business safe.
NJM Group offers these IR thermal solutions for lease.
